chargecooler pump bearing failed as a result of me letting it run dry. Note to self :- don't do that again. I've disabled the pump and plumped in the old air cooler unit so at least the car is useable. I'll refit the chargecooler in the new year.
Still haven't fixed the exhaust and it still bangs but I do know it's the U bracket that's hitting the subframe. Hopefully be able to rotate the bracket round away from the frame.
Bought some 2nd hand alloys. Oz black 5 spokes 8 x 17 ET35 and 9 x 17 ET35. Gulp. I was reliably informed they will fit but until I've got tyres on them and bolted up I am worrying lol. Need to buy spigot rings and yet another bloody set of locking / wheel nuts. That will be the 3rd set doh! Oh and the matter of having to buy another 4 Goodyear F1 tyres is going to hurt also.
