coolant topped up and top radiator pipe is getting nice and hot. Temperature is staying stable on motorway driving, also stable in standing traffic. Needle sitting in middle of gauge as per normal. New radiator will however be ordered as there aint no point messing esp with the big drive coming up next month.
Good news re wheels - have no got some spigots rings and just need to er modify them to fit flush in the wheel hub. Ho hum.
